can you send us more details? GeniusConnect, Outlook,Exchange versions?
You can also mail us (info at geniusconnect.com ) and we can plan a GoToMeeting remote session to check you config remotely.

Outlook 2007 - Exchange 2010 but I have the same problem with Exchange 2007.
