Version:4-2000(40030) Multi-Byte build.Outlook version 11.0.0.8206 database is SQL Server 2005

I am currently experiencing a problem with both calendar and contacts where the load process continually adds the same items instead of updating. The items in Outlook all recognize that they are associated with the items in the database so the store procedure only updates, does not add.

Example: I load 100 contacts from the database to Outlook. The store procedure updates the 100 contacts in the database. If I run the load procedure again, it will add the same 100 contacts again to Outlook. If I run the store procedure, it will recognized that these are associated contacts and will only update, not add to the database.

Any ideas?

Are you on exchange 2003 SP2?
Since few days, many users are expriencing this problem. We are investigating latest Microsoft Exchange service packs / fixes for possibel cause of this problem.

I am on Outlook 2003 SP3 but I have a client who has this problem as well and they are using Exchange. I don't know the version but will check.

So you are runing Outlook without Exchange? Can you send me your mappings?

I have installed GeniusConnect 4.0.0.6SP1 to fix my clients' original problem of continually adding the same contact (documented earlier in this topic). But, there are some contact records that still continue to duplicate in Outlook after each load. I believe that you identified this problem as "primary key values getting deleted from Outlook custom MAPI fields after Load from DB". Can you tell me anymore about this problem and what could be causing these certain records to continually duplicate? Is there some setting for just these records that need to be changed/deleted?
I have deleted the duplicate contact records in Outlook, but after they are loaded from the DB, they will duplicated on the next load.
Any help would be appreciated!
