Ok, here's the deal:
Many addresses require 2 lines for the street address so I had chosen to map line 1 from our db app to Outlook's Business PO Box field and line 2 to Outlook's Business Address Street field.
I now see, by looking at the All Fields tab, that Outlook uses the street address field first and doesn't show the PO Box field at all on the General tab. I had been able to see the data from the db line 1 was importing ok, just into the wrong field to show up on the General tab.
So, I went back and re-mapped the db line 1 to Outlook's Business Street. Unfortunately, that has turned out worse. The data from db line 2 is showing up in Outlook Business Address PO Box correctly now but the db line 1 data which is now correctly mapped to Business Address Street is not showing up at all, in the All Fields tab or anywhere.
If I had to guess, I'd say the index for Outlook must be hosed from all the importing and deleting. Do you have any thoughts on what may be happening? If you agree it may be the indexes, any recommendations on fixing them? We're on Exchange so I don't think ScanPST will work.
Sorry to be a pain, I like the app and am really hoping we can get it to work, it would be a nice fit for our company and I can think of several of our clients who should be using it.
Thanks.
Matthew
