Hi There,
I just tried out the demo version and it works quite nice. There is one more question. Is ist possible to link 2 or more fields of the Database to 1 Outlook field f.i. "The body" field. Something like Body=DB_Field1 & DB_Field2
Thx for your help

Hello,

you can use a database VIEW (query in MS Access) to join 2 columns and present it as 1 column to GeniusConnect.

ok. but where do i have to do that VIEW. Can I manage it from GeniusConnect (...with SQL commands?) or in the DB ? I cannot change the db because it's a sold product from SAGE...

You must add the VIEW in the DB, a VIEW is not changing anything in the database, it is only a different VIEW on real tables/data.
I think SAGE is working with MS SQL Server? If you have a login, just create the VIEW.

You can even add the VIEW in a different (NOT Sage) database, and join the Sage Table in this VIEW. So you will not change anything in the SAGE database.
