I've just ordered a 1-user business license to sync my mySQL db with Outlook. I want to test some of the features (specifically the two way auto-sync) before I fully implement GeniusConnect with our full database. When I register the license on Outlook, does it matter what Outlook account I'm logged into or what computer I'm on? Because I intend to implement GeniusConnect on a different account and possibly a different computer than the one I'm currently testing on.

since you have 1 license, it will allow you one registration, if you need the license on a different PC you will have to un-register first , more info :

So (just to clarify) I can unregister on one Outlook account and register somewhere else, with no additional charges?

Yes, on the registered PC you will go to GeniusConnect->Register Tab and hit the "Clear registration" button.
