Hi,

I have Outlook 2016 32 bit version and the latest GeniusConnect.

When I click on the configuration icon on the top bar of outlook the configuration screens will not open.

Can you advise what to do?

Hello,

Please close Outlook and check in Task manager if Outlook.exe is really closed (use End task if Outlook is still running).

Are you getting any errors during Outlook start ?

Outlook was really closed, I rebooted the computer also.
GeniusConnect synced correctly when outlook launches.
I ran the troubleshooting tool but it did not fix the problem.
The office repair finally solved the problem.
