-Are you on MS Exchange or Office 365 ?
--> MS Exchange
-Do you have all permissions on the folder ?
GeniusConnect->Database tab->Right click the folder->Check Folder permission...
--> "Folder check successfull"
Try switch to Primary Key File storage:
GeniusConnect->Database tab->Right click the folder->Convert Primary Key Storage
