I have downloaded the latest demo version of GeniusConnect. I have followed setup instructions. I am trying to sync a Public contacts folder with custom forms on Exchange 2003 (using Outlook 2003 as a client) with the ExampleAccess2000.mdb file using Access 2002.

When I try to Load All, I receive an error message "Unknown error 0xAF604005 (SyncFolder)".

What could this be? Please help.

please check:
-permission
-custom form (if the folder allows only the custom form, and the field Message Class(Form Description) is not mapped to a DB column with the custom form name, Exchange will not accept inserts with the default form)
