What happens if I have a sync scheduled to occur every 15 minutes but the actual sync takes 20 minutes? Does it stop in the middle and try again? Does it wait 15 minutes from the time it is finished?

it will not stop in the middle, it will finish the sync, and start a new sync directly.

If the sync takes 20 minutes, I will use a longer time then 20 min
