After reboot of out mail server I opened Outlook and the Genius toolbar is gone.

Please check the following:


Outlook 2003
-Outlook Menu Tools->Other->Advanced Options->COM Add-Ins...->
Outlook 2007
-Outlook Menu Tools->Trust Center->Add-ins->COM Addins
Outlook 2010
File->Options->Add-Ins->Manage COM Addins

You have to see GeniusConnect in the list of Outlook Add-Ins. The Checkbox before GeniusConnect has to be "checked".
