It depends on your setting in "Conflict Resolution", if the setting is "Most recent time wins" or "Outlook will overulle...", GeniusConnect can write back to DB.

No, if you are using "Load All" and "compare modification time" is OFF, there is no way GeniusConnect will write back to DB.
