I am trying to copy contacts from a personal contacts folder from within my Outlook 2003 inbox into a public folder on Exchange 2003. I am using the "save all" to a Genius Connect Access database and all entries save without issue. However when I do a "load all" to a contact folder within the public folder I get the following message.

"One or more recipients in this item were not usable. you need to recreate the addresses. Error unknown".
As long as you keep clicking OK the entries will be added to the contact folder.

I am not sure what has changed that would cause this issue. We have been using this process for months without issue. We just recently upgraded to the most current version of Genius Connect.

This is a critcal operation for our company. What needs to be done to correct this error message so that the "Load All" runs without the error message.

Hi,

this problem has probably to do with an Outlook / Exchange bug.
Please try the latest beta:

and let me know if it helps

I'm afraid this is some mysterious Exchange bug.

Can you check the imported email address? Is there some strange email address in your private folder, that can be rejected by Exchange.

We are using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. This was working fine for months then after I did the upgrade 2 weeks ago this started up. It happens on the majority of the entries, We currently have 476 entries and I would estimate that we receive this error message on over half the entries. I know that there cannot be that many wrong addresses since these have not changed for months.

OK, but there are no changes in the way GeniusConnect is populating the email address.
It must be some combination of fields.

Did you test the latest beta?

Not yet, I will have to try it when the user is away from her machine. I will probably do it on Wednesday. I will also look at all the data to make sure things are correct just as a precaution.
