I'm using outlook 2003 and ms sql server 2005 and I have a problem involving the field conversion feature. Since outlook stores the BusyStatus field of a calendar item as an integer, I am using geniusconnect's conversion feature in the assign table dialog box to store the fields in the db as strings. The conversion works when I store calendar items in my db. However, changes to the busystatus in the db are not picked up by genius connect when I try to load items back into outlook. When I try to load an item which has been changed in the db GeniusConnect says it is unchanged and does nothing. Essentially, I can only sync one way on that particular field. However, it seems to pick up all the other changes, including changes to fields where I have a similar conversion from an integer to a string, such as the "Label" field of a calendar item. Any ideas what could be wrong?

The conversion mapping is as follows:

0 -- Free
1 -- Tentative
2 -- Busy
3 -- Out of Office
