i have a question about geniusconnect,

I would like to know if geniusconnect can only add/change/update/delete outlook contacts on a database and have only a view of database on outlook software, the database must not be replicated on personal outlook folder and in any others folders of outlook due to mailbox quota limitation 200mb.

Does it possible to have a limited ( 30 days ) license with full options.

What do you mean with "have a "view" of all contacts from database into outlook"?

If you want to see All DB records in Outlook, you will have to sync also from DB to Outlook!

yes, we need a software that can centralize all contacts in a DB and via outlook we need to see or view Db records without replicate them on outlook, our problem is that we haven't egnout disk space (limited quota)
on exchange server and our users have to share their contacts.

we don't have View only solution, but I think there is a solution called SQLView, just search for it on google.
We have never testit, so use it at your own risc!
