What is your exact version of GeniusConnect(About Tab) and Outlook (Help->About)?
Do you, or did you have the Microsoft Business Contact Manager installed?
-did you upgrade from Outlook (2000 or 2002) to Outlook 2003 or was it a clean install?
-Do you have Admin permissons on your PC?
-Are you runing Outlook in Admin Mode? (righ click Outlook.exe )
(Vista has new security features, even if you are Admin, it runs Applications in other mode, unless you specify it differently)
-did you copy your original/old Outlook file (.pst) to Vista installation?
(The error sounds like corrupted Outlook file or Outlook installation)
-are you running other Outlook Add-ons
(I have found lots of hits on this error "Catastrophic Failure" with .NET Outlook Add-ins, but GeniusConnect is not .net add-in)
-are you running with MS Exchange?
