Wanting to extract OL-records to Access or Excel. Using OL 2003 (eng.) and GCdemo. I am connecting to the demobase. No errors on Load (but no data get transferred to OL - empty record). On Store: "an error occured during setting values (SyncFolder)".
1: Whats wrong?
2: How should I set up the Access-db (for STORE from OL) as to field-names, datatypes etc.? Should I use the demobase?

Please try first the demo DB, if you are new to SQL and GeniusConnect.

If the demo is installed properly, (using the example DB and .ini file) it should work without errors.

-Are U using MS Exchange?
-Do you have all permissions on the Outlook Folder?

It now works for the demo-db when I imported the demo .ini-file. Now: where do I find/create the .ini from my REAL Access-file - so I can import this .ini-file in GC - in order to populate the 'DB Field' colomn in the 'Assign table' screen?

Hello,

You can not find .ini file for your REAL Access table, you have to map the table and columns manualy (in the "Assign table" dialog).
You can export the mappings to a .ini file and import the setting to an other PC.
