Connection failure - Server doesn't support

We are trying to save outlook email to SQL server database. For this, GeniusConnect is installed in outlook. However, everytime we try to connect we get an error:

Connection failure -
SQL Server Native Client
Server doesn't support requested protocol xFFFFFF

This is a SQL Server networking problem and has nothing to do with GeniusConnect:
