Background:
GeniusConnect can't create / instantiate connection to Outlook.


Possible error messages:
Error create Outlook.Application HRES: -2146959355
Error create Outlook.Application HRES: -2147319779
Error: OutlookConnection interface not started HRES: -2147467263
Library not registered. HRESULT: 0x8002801D

The root issue is that the Version reference for the TypeLib created by the Outlook installation is pointing to an incorrect value. This is typically caused by having different versions of Microsoft Office products installed. (can be also caused by Language Accessory Pack installation, example: you have Office 2016 English and have installed Dutch Language Accessory Pack)

The following should help correct this issue.

Steps to reproduce for example in Excel:
1.Add the “Send to Mail Recipient” command to the toolbar
2.Click on “Send to Mail Recipient” Selecting “Send the current sheet as the message body”
