I am getting an error from GeniusConnect: "Microsoft Office Outlook: The folder is full. (SyncFolder)" (The msgbox says GeniusConnect in the title bar.) I have cleaned out the temp directory already (http://www.howto-outlook.com/products/outlooktempcleaner.htm), and that didn't help. I am running up against a deadline, so I would really appreciate any help!

Hello,

what is your Outlook version?

Outlook 2003, sp3.

I tried cleaning out the secure temp folder, and the .pst file is only about 100 MB.

I can sync all folders except my journal folder, and I can add new journal entries manually. I just can't "load all" in my journal folder.

Hello,

Please check/search MS documentation, this is an Outlook bug/problem.

"The msgbox says GeniusConnect in the title bar"
yes, it is our MessageBox displaying an Outlook exception.

How many columns are linked/mapped?
I remember one client having this problem with huge number of user-defined columns mapped. (I guess this will not go for a journal folder)

I have 11 columns mapped. The vbscript has been simplified to about 10 lines.

I used the scanpst.exe program. It found error and repaired them, but I still get the same error.

Can you try the same GeniusConnect config (copy profile) on a new Journal folder without custom forms / scripting?

I copied the profile to a new journal folder without any custom forms or vb, and I get the same error.

I even copied the profile to a folder in another .pst file, and I still get the error.

It turns out that some record in my development db is causing the error; I deleted some records I generated today, and I don't get the error anymore. I'm gonna have to track down what it is about the record though.

Thanks for your time.
