Hi,

We have GeniusConnect (newest Version) installed on an Outlook 2007 (Exchange 2003) with Cache Modus turned off.
The Outlook is connected to Exchange (Email Send/Receive works) but the GeniusConnect can not connect to Exchange (FailureMessage: no connection to exchange)

Hello,

GeniusConnect is never connecting directly to Exchange, it uses Outlook to do that, so there must be some problem in Outlook / Exchange connectivity .
