I can not synchronize contacts between my database and Outlook. The tab for Synchronize in the GeniusConnect Configuration is entirely greyed out.

I have registered the software and read everything carefully. I do not think I am missing anything yet I can not get my data from Access back into Outlook.

How long do I have to upgrade? I want to go to a business license (single user) but can't do it until after August 1.
