I'm using a demo version of Genius Connect 64bits Unicode 5.0.1.3R2 on Outlook Professional Plus 2010 version 14.0 and my database is PostgreSQL9.2; I've installed the PostgreSQL Unicode ODBC driver. My problem is that I can see the Genius Connect menu in Outlook but I'm not able to launch the setup, when I click on the configuration button nothing happens...

Did you install GeniusConnect in admin mode and was Outlook closed? If you like we can plan a GoToMeeting remote session to check you configuration remotely.
