Depending on your internet connection speed, number of users etc.., scanning of all available accounts and folders on the Database Tab  can take time.

To avoid scanning of accounts or folders you are not planning to use with GeniusConnect, right click the Folder or Account and click Slow Scan Helper->Disable folder scan.

You can also edit disabled folders directly in Advanced settings  Dialog.

Use this example to disable scanning of folders rarely used for SQL sync, scanning of folders in this example will be disabled for all accounts loaded in your Outlook:

Conversation History,Deleted Items,Archive,Junk Email,Yammer Root,Sync Issues,Social Activity Notifications,Quick Step Settings,Conversation Action Settings,Favorites

the following example blocks also scanning of All Public Folders:

Tip: To speed up scanning, disable folders with many Sub-folders
