Linkedin/Facebook Outlook Folder can be mapped to a Database Table just like any other Contact Folder.
If you don't have a database, you can use MS Access example database->Contact table:
Template: Example MS Access - Outlook 2000 Contacts.ini.

It is also possible to store the LinkedIn/Faceboook etc.. Contact pictures in a attachment table.
