We have been using GeniusConnect from 2013. We have the Multiuser license. For the last 2 months we having issues with Duplicate DB records being created. We are using SQL server. We want a one way Sync logging all email from Outlook to DB. We just need Inserts no updates. But lately, we are see random duplicate emails being inserted to the DB. Can you please help?
