Is there any way to disable the store/load buttons when outlook is in offline mode, not just auto save/auto load? I need the program to be as user-friendly as possible.

Also, there will be situations in which my users will have internet connection for e-mail, but no connection to the db. It would be nice if loading/saving was blocked in such a situation.

You can disable the Load/Store buttons, but not only for offline mode.
We will add a new feature to disable the buttons in offline mode.

Dectecting if DB is online/offline can take time, so when user is switching between folders (linked to different databases) it will take to much time.

Yes, Synchronize Schedule is blocked in offline mode.

Only manual sync (toolbar buttons) can be used in offline mode.
