My problem:

Outlook Contacts

I add new contacts to my Outlook contactlist. After I push the button "load all", all new added contacts appear. But some of them disappear within about 20 seconds.
What I´ve made wrong? Wrong settings?

Thank you

I assume you are running Outlook in "Cached Exchange Mode"?

We do NOT recommend "Cached Exchange Mode" for use with GeniusConnect.

If sync between Outlook and Exchange fails, Outlook will remove all new added items!

Hi,

You can better sync all user from one pc.
See example:
How to synchronize multiple MS Exchange user accounts from one dedicated PC/Server with MS Outlook and GeniusConnect.

(User without GeniusConnect can use Cached Exchange Mode)

Unless I am missing something, to synch with a dedicated PC, we do not need the GeniusConnect. Our point is that we bought the GeniusConnect in order for our Sales people to keep their data shared and current. Since our Sales people are mostly underways (selling our wonderful product of course), a cached mode for the Exchange is just about absolutely necessary.
Is there some way to use cached mode with Exchange/Outlook?

So sales people are connecting to your database when they are disconnected from exchange?
