Yes,
you can export folder setting to an ini file and import the file on other machine.
(export / import buttons on Assign Table dialog)

In Multi User license (version 3.0.0.0 and higher) you can also export the registry settings.

from version 3.0.1.0 also new Export/Import options:
GeniusConnect config-> Database tab ->right click a folder -> see submenu
