There are issues with Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 2017
This affects Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013, and Outlook 2016 (32bit and 64bit versions)
Issue:
After installing the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, GeniusConnect is not able to Read/Write attachments and possible other Outlook item properties
Possible Errors:
-Attachment error: Can't get IMessage interface
-Can't get IMessage interface
Status:
We are investigating this problem
