Error:
Customized functionality in this application will not work because the certificate used to sign the deployment manifest for DVBLink for Outlook or its location is not trusted. Contact your administrator for further assistance

Solution:
-right click setup.exe->Properties
-select Tab Digital Signature
-select the TSH-... Signature
-click button Details
-click button View Certificate
-click button Install Certificate
-click Next
-click Place all certificate in the following store
-click Browse
-select Trusted Root Certification...
-click OK
-click Next
-click Finish
