I hope someone can help.

I'm trialling Genius Connect to save copies of emails we send to customers onto our CRM system.

The idea is I'll send the email to the customer and copy in a special mailbox which is polled by geniusconnect.

Unfortunately despite the conversion option being switched on the addresses still show in x400 format. (The conversion option worked for recipient email address though when running internal tests).

The network manager has removed my x400 address, but it still shows in the database.

Anyone got any suggestions - is there something on Exchange (2010) that requires changing to stop this happening?

this is more a question for MS Exchange admins. (GeniusConnect depends on Outlook/Exchange configuration).
