Hello,
  I am having problems with registering the license count.  We have had a lot of turnover in the last 6 months and peoples computers have been reformatted without freeing up the license before the reboot.  It says my count is at 27 and I can’t install the registration and run the application.  My count of active users should be 22 to 24.  That is number of devices that will be using genius connect.  How can I get these installs to work again. Do I have to send you a list of our users or how does that work.
