Cannot make sync

Hello,

Just purchased Geniusconnect 4-2000 and running on Outlook 11.0.0.8118 exchange server.

using your demo database and scripts I have made connection to database but cannot sync data - the options for load item / load all / store item / store all are greyed out.

have i missed something obvious.

Load item, Load all, Store item, Store all are only enabled when the selected folder (Folder with focus in Outlook)is linked to a database table
