We are considering buying GeniusConnect. There is a chance we may change our Outlook client from 32 to 64 bit within the next few months. If we buy the 32 bit version with annual subscription, will be able to get the 64 bit version without additional charge if we change our clients to 64 bit at some point before our subscription ends?

You can use both 32 and 64 bit versions with your subscription license . License is not specific to installed Outlook / GeniusConnect Bitness.
