I had my system syncing every 2 minutes in testing with everything working fine. I am trying to change to use the external scheduler and pressed the "Extern Scheduler" radio button. I have still not scheduled the Extern Scheduler but the system keeps syncing on its own periodicaly. What am I missing here?

Further, I can not see how to tell Windows XP Scheduler to run, say, every xx minutes or hours, only Daily.

Lastly, how does one have Windows Scheduler start and stop Outlook so the Sync process can be hands free?

Can you check value:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Genius@Work\GeniusConnect\Settings\AdminOptions\TaskRun
only if the value is 1 geniusconnect will do the auto. sync.
