It appears that when we make an insert to Access, even with the OCS_ID and LastModifiedTime set properly in Access, although the Load All works fine, the Outlook record is subsequently erased by the Outlook 2003 Cache update.

The same thing happens if we do a Load All and an immediate Store All.

Are we missing something here?
