Hi

with genius connect I want to sync an outlook email folder with subfolder and an external database how must i do this?
I can sync one folder but not automaticly subfolder.

Can i store in my db the outlook folder name?

Hello,

you have to map/configure also the subfolder, GeniusConnect does not auto sync subfolders.
If the subfolder uses the same configuration as the parent folder, you can just copy the settings from the parent folder (Button Copy Profile..)

You can store Outlook Folder name, map the column "Outlook Folder Name"
