Hello,

I am trying to import a custom profile on my second PC for Outlook Sync using Genius Connect. But I take a message which says "Access Denied..." and some code with numbers.
So I would like to ask if it is not possible to import a profile that was made before, to an other PC.

Hello,

Try to run Outlook as administrator only for the import. (operating system denied access to registry).

-Close Outlook
-Right click Outlook->Run As Administrator

Are you in a remote desktop session ? Anyway there is some permission problem,
You can also import using template
Source PC
-Export to ini file in Assign Table->Export

Target PC
-Assign Table (Connect to Datasource, select table )
-Import ini file
