We are using GeniusConnect to sync Outlook Contacts and Tasks folders with our mySQL database (sales info etc..).

Is it possible to share these folders with other users
using SYNCING.NET ? Are there any known conflicts/problems with GeniusConnect and SYNCING.NET on the same folder?

it must be possible.
The only difference between a Normal Outlook Item, and Item synced by GeniusConnect are 2 custom fields on MAPI level.
GeniusConnect uses these fields to store info about database record (primary key).

If SYNCING.NET creates exact(custom fields included) copy of Outlook Item on both sites (source and target folder) then it will work.
