Hello,
My clients upgraded to the 4.0.1 version and now the sync does not happen and all the options are greyed out. I will be going there tomorrow to try to get them going again. Do you have any ideas as t why this has happened?

If they have license key for edition 3, it will not work on 4.X versions.
