When I click on the database tab I get the following:

An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information servce SQLView.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the demo, and I still get this error.

this has nothing to do with GeniusConnect.
uninstalling and reinstalling the demo will not help.
Are you using MS Exchange with some special services?
SQLView.DLL is unknown for us.

I am not using an exchange at all. No server, just single PC

Did you install software product TabTag (Formerly SQLView 2000)?
This is the only "SQLView" related text i found.

wow, yes I did. Installed it and removed it within an hour. Therefore I presume there is no need for this dll in Genius??

Is there a way to stop this screen from popping up every time I open Genius?

There is NO NEED for this dll, again has nothing to do with GeniusConnect.
Your system is corrupted, you can expect problems with Outlook (with or without GeniusConnect)
Try to restart the computer, if the problem still persist, contact the TabTag support and ask how to uninstall the service.
