I just purchased a site license, and everything went well with the installation, but now when someone sends an email using the contacts from the database (MySQL), they get an ‘Undeliverable Mail’ message like this: “Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients”.



Any thoughts?

this is strange, genius connect does nothing with sending mail.

Can you check the contact's email address? Are the email addresses correct?

What is the default type of email?Is has to be SMTP.



Go to Open an Contact->All Fields Tab->Select Email Fields->and check the email address type.

You got it. It was the email address type. This field was empty for many of the contacts. Thank you for your quick reply. Thanks also for a very cool and useful piece of software!
