I don't see any ribbon or menu bar listing GeniusConnect in Outlook.

I have installed Office 2013 (64bit) on a Server 2012. I have verified that everything is 64bit.

I've downloaded version 5.0.1.2 (64bit), during install it asks if I really want to install the 64bit version on 32bit Outlook, I do because I know it really is 64bit Outlook.

No ribbon or menu for GeniusConnect.

I've uninstalled and tried the 32bit version of GeniusConnect. I still don't see any ribbons or menu for Genius Connect.

I realize this is all new and may not be supported yet, I'm trying to build an apps server that will last a few years.

Hello,

can we plan a remote GoToMeeting session to check your PC remotely? (Please mail to: techsupport at geniusconnect.com)

Thanks for your help, I guess it takes a while for this to appear in Outlook 2013.

As for the popup:
Quote:

A program is trying to access e-mailaddress information stored in Outlook. If this is unexpected.....

I was able to turn that off by going to:
>>File >Options >Trust Center >"Trust Center Settings" button >Programmatic Access >select "never warn me about suspicious activity"

Close Outlook 2013 and reopen and all works perfect.
