I have installed the full version of Genius Connect.
PC specs are:
-Windows XP Pro 2002 SP3
-Microsoft Outlook 2003 SP3

And all of the phone numbers are dropping in as 5555555555 (un-formatted)

Masking of phone numbers in Microsoft Outlook is hard coded and not subject to user
control.
