Please see this MS topic:

Sounds like the same problem.

Hello,

are you in cached mode or online with Exchange? Is it a shared folder and do you have all permissions on it?
2012-11-28T19:37:00Z
Hi,

Thank you for the prompt response!
The error does not depend on Cached or with Owner Permissions. It is a shared foler. Other folders like it are fine, but two folders have raised issues. Please see log below.
Thank you, Chris Chamberlain

Hi,
So far, a reboot has resolved the issue 4 of 4 times. However, once the error raises for that or for a Server Administrator limited to 250 records at one time, I am unable to continue.
I hope we can resolve this and the 250 records issue.
(P.S. I have performed the Microsoft network adapter fix for the 250 records at one time limit).

Hello,

-can you install latest BETA (Close Outlook):
http://support.geniusconnect.com/Posts/t222-

-run the sync and send us the error message.

I suspect the "Can't open MAPI MsgStore" is related to 250 records limit.
2012-11-28T22:25:00Z
Current 34 calendars. I have a License for 250 calendars, which we will use.
2012-11-29T02:03:00Z
Unfortunately, the issue is still occurring with v.5.0.1.1 BETA5

I'm not sure Outlook will be able to load/handle 250 calendars from different accounts in one instance in Online mode.

-are these calendars inside the same account/Store?
-What is the average number of items per folder?
You may need to limit the number of items per folder and archive old items , see this topic:
http://support.geniusconnect.com/Posts/t434-

You can try to switch your main account to cached mode and load the other mail boxes also in cached mode:

UserPostedImage

This will limit the number of open connections to Exchange but you MUST use GeniusConnect Primary Key file storage!

Hello GeniusConnect,
Great news! I have resolved my issues and currently uploading the first set of rooms (after attempting on 3 machines and 4 attempts).
The "Can't open MAPI MsgStore. The attempt to log on to Microsoft Exchange has failed." and the 250 record upload limit appears related to a machine OS build problem.
I am now on MS Windows 7 Ent. 64-bit with MS Outlook 2010 64 bit and working offline (though the machine is an Intel Core 2 Duo* currently. I am in Cached Exchanged mode and placing the offline calendar sychronization on a 4 hour schedule. I will increase this to 24 hours after the initial upload. Same with the GeniusConnect database synchonization. I use the Primary Key file storage placed on the database server, which gets backed up monthly/daily/(incrementally).
These calendars are all tied to the same Admin account. The number of items per folder but the uploads are consistent.
I realize the number of calendar folders is challenging Outlook and RAM. My project can add/remove calendar folders if necessary. I will investigate the links in this thread and the macro-enabled upload procedure.
Thank you. Chris Chamberlain
