Hi,

I have installed the demo version (4.0.0.1SP3) of genius connect on a machine running windows xp ver. 2002 sp2 and outlook express 6.

The genius connect toolbar does not appear in outlook.

I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling, but no luck. I am trying to assess this software for a client.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

GeniusConnect supports MS Outlook 2000 and higher.
We do not support Outlook express!
