I am wondering if the following is possible. I currently have an Access database setup to work with GeniusConnect with outlook. The database was originally on a USB E:\ drive, but I have since moved it to my hard drive. Is there a configuration file I can edit the root directory with so that I don't have to reconfigure all of the mappings?

yes, you can change ODBC datasource.

You have to go to :
-Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Datasources (ODBC)
-Select your MS Access datasource
-change the path
