Does GeniusConnect work with business contacts and accounts in Outlooks Business Contact Manager? If so, why do I keep getting an error message "Business Contact Manager cannot save this Outlook Contact. Please create a business contact record to store the information (SyncFolder)" If not, will it be in a future release?

Hi,

please see for BCM example :
"How to link Business Contact Manager "
http://www.geniusconnect...es/GeniusConnect/2/3/66/

Not all fields supported by BCM can be synchronized both ways, the example contains a mapping that works.

Are you getting the error syncing Contacts or Accounts?

I get an error message when syncing Business Contacts and Accounts In Outlook Business Contact Manager to a table or query in MS Access. The same query I currently use with Outlook Contacts which works fine.

did you check the BCM example mappings?

I did look over the BCM examples. They look to be for syncing outlook contacts with BCM contacts or accounts. I am trying to sync my Access data base directly with BCM. I do not want to have to first sync Access to outlook and then outlook to BCM.

I've got it working fine now. Must have been syncing with fields that were not on the list. Thanks
