Our genius connect has an intermittent fault saying 'middle man ATL COM Server is not responding' with an option to 'close the program' or 'Wait for the program to respond'. I have to close the program. I then get a genius connect add-in error [the RPC server is unavailable.] and need to restart outlook to continue.

I see also you are using old version of GeniusConnect edition 5, Please see version 5.0.2.7 (it is the last update in the 5th Edition):

Thanks, will go through this topic. My version now is Version:601202 Unicode 32 bit target OS Windows 7.Edition:6, Outlook version support: 2000 or higher. Microsoft® Office Outlook® 2016 Click-to-Run (16.0.0.11328). I am trying to update my profile signature with this but it will not save after submitting the edit?

If the problem is MySQL Driver, it still applies also for edition 6.
