I have successfully loaded appointments to my “personal calendar” , but when trying to load to Calendars associated with public folders I get an initial error on Sync-fields during the load. Are there differences in the two folder formats that would hinder the loading of Public appointments?

Thank you,

Hello,

Yes, there are differences, not in columns but in data it will accept.
MS Exchange can raise an exception if for example an email address is wrong formated.

Problem is, the exception is raised not during setting the value, but during the save of the whole Item, so we are often not able to detect which column is the problem.

Try to unlink first the address related columns like Organizer, Attendees etc., most problems with MS Exchange are email formatting problems.

Try then to load, if it works, link again the address columns but one by one to be able to detect what the problem is.

Excellent! I unassociated the organizer field and all loaded without an issue.

I will adjust my Database settings as needed to facilitate this change.

Thanks!
